Latest technology in hise rise building for fastest completion of project.( Precast Technology)


Precast technology for fastest speed speed of high rise building.


Precast construction Technology is a system of casting concrete in a reusable mould or “form” which is then treated in a controlled environment, conveyed to the construction site and lifted to the place. Precast Construction Technology consists of various precast elements such as walls, beams, slabs, columns, staircase, landing and some customized elements that are standardized and designed for stability, durability and structural integrity of the building

 Precast residential building construction involves design, strategic yard planning, lifting, handling and transportation of precast elements. This technology is suitable for construction of high rise buildings resisting seismic and wind induced lateral loads along with gravity loads. The building framing is planned in such a way that maximum number of repetitions of moulds is obtained. These elements are cast in a controlled factory condition.


Two main types of precast concrete elements,
namely precast reinforced concrete elements and precast pre-stressed concrete elements
we are able to make following component for rapid construction of high rise building .
it leads to fast growing in constriction floor by floor such as
1. precast beam-
this beams having arrangement of end connection with dowel bar or sleeve pipe as per their condition such as simple beam, continuous beam and fixed beam, for tie up to column. in addition to them anchor plate is used to make broad anchorage between them.
 

 


2. lattice girder slab -
we are using lattice girder slab for fast construction of slab floor because  lattice girder slab is manufacture at factory .its curing done in factory it self it just erect on floor level and grout with small thickness of concrete about 35 mm to 55 mm depends upon structural component.and after curing of 7 days floor ready for use. no requirement of shuttering at site lattice girder it self act as a shuttering material this leads to its called fast construction technique. its less time required .


3.column-
column is vertical structural member.
Precast Concrete Columns can be circular, square or rectangular. Reinforced Concrete Columns can be designed and manufactured to your specifications and can incorporate additional features and fittings.
this column having core for insertion of reinforcing bars for fixing the beam and column connection.

4. Staicase
staircase having a main role for vertical communication in the building and its very tedious process to fixing the staircase in the building and time consuming less accurate than precast because in case of precast if once set the mould and reinforcement cutting is given to the steel fitter as per structural drawing its finished . we only have to supervise for concrete casting. measurement checks.


5.Shear wall ( Precast Wall)

Types of precast elements

shear walls are vertical members, which resist and transfer lateral forces, in or parallel to the plane of the wall, from the superstructure to the foundation. Thus, shear walls act as vertical cantilever beams. Shear walls are placed at appropriate locations within and around the building perimeter according to the architectural and functional design requirements.
